Google reviews FAQ — Local Guide, filter, payment.
01 Are these real Google reviews?
Yes. They are posted from aged Google accounts (Gmail-backed, 1+ year of activity, varied review history, profile photos). Google does not distinguish them from any other organic review — that is the whole point.
02 What is a Local Guide and why does it cost more?
Local Guides are users Google has flagged as trusted reviewers based on their review history, photos uploaded, and places visited. Reviews from Local Guides Level 4+ rank higher in Google’s feed and are virtually never filtered. We pay more to maintain a pool of these accounts — hence the +50%.
03 Why do you ask for the city my business is in?
Google heavily weights reviewer-business proximity. A reviewer from Paris reviewing a New York restaurant is the easiest pattern for Google to flag. By matching reviewer city to business city, your reviews look like local customers and slip past the filter.
04 Why is a slow drip more expensive?
A 30-day drip needs more accounts in rotation and more careful posting windows than a 5-day burst. The benefit is a much higher stick rate on Google: their filter is built to spot unnatural review bursts. Spread out, your reviews look indistinguishable from real customer flow.
05 How much do photos help?
A lot. On Google Maps, photo reviews appear higher in the feed, get more visibility, and pass the spam filter more easily. We add discreet, on-topic photos (storefront, ambiance, product) to roughly half the reviews when you enable the option.
06 What if a review is removed?
We replace it free of charge for 12 months after delivery. No paperwork — just an email and we re-queue.
07 Why a star range, not just 5★?
A jump from 4.0★ to a wall of 5★ is one of the easiest patterns for Google to flag. A 4–5★ mix raises your average without that signature.
08 How do I pay?
Directly on the site. After you finish the wizard, you pick any of 20 cryptocurrencies. We generate your deposit address and QR right there — no email link, no card, no bank.
