Facebook switched from 1–5 stars to Yes/No recommendations in 2018. Each recommendation is now binary: Yes (recommend) or No. We always post Yes on your Page — obviously — and the public-facing metric is the % of yes-recommendations.

03 Why does the city my business is in matter?

Facebook weights reviewer-business proximity heavily. A profile with no city tag, or a city tag far from your business, is the easiest pattern to flag. We use accounts tagged in (or close to) your city for credibility.

04 What if a recommendation is filtered or removed?
