01 Why does the App Store cost more than Play?

Apple’s filter is stricter than Google’s, and verified-install Apple ID accounts (with prior reviews on other apps, multi-device history, and a real billing setup) are harder to source. The +30% covers that operational cost.

02 Do you actually install my app?

Yes. Both stores require the reviewer to have installed the app before posting. The account installs your app, opens it long enough to register usage, then posts the review. The install + review pair is what survives the filter.

03 Why does the country matter?

App Store and Play Store reviews are country-specific. A US-store account cannot post on the French App Store. We match the reviewer country to your primary market.

04 My app is on both iOS and Android. What do I do?

Place two orders — one for the App Store with your iOS URL, one for Play Store with your Android URL. Each order is configured independently (different volumes, cadences, etc.).
